Since November, I\u2019ve been struggling with the feeling of feeling nothing,\u201d Flores wrote. \u201cAt the end of the day, I\u2019m human and no one is built to run this hard without taking care of themselves while feeling this much adrenaline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flores, who has been vocal about his mental health advocacy and has covered songs like \u201cHow to Save a Life\u201d by the Fray, said that he was confused and heartbroken by his lack of emotions and that he needed to prioritize his self-care and mental health.
